This weekend was filled with numerous birthday parties. Saturday we celebrated Eva's 1st birthday (the little girl accross the street), saturday night we celebrated Dan Larralde's 29th, and today we finished it off with Caden's 1st birthday down the street. Miss S thinks everyday is a birthday party. We actually showed up early to the party today, because she was so excited to go, we couldn't hold her back any longer. She sings happy birthday everyday...we just never know who she is going to add at the "happy birthday dear ____" part. She now helps me wrap the presents and understands the present is for the birthday person, and she has to wait for them to open it. At Saturday's party she got her first swing at a pinata, and had a blast decorating her own cupcake. She was literally in hog heaven. Also, today Miss S is 23 months old...that means only one month till her 2nd birthday! Where does time go??? Didn't we JUST celebrate her 1st? This is a very fun age! We laugh everyday, are amazed everyday, and thank god everyday for such a special little girl!
