Today S and I decided to make our first homemade peach pie! Of couse we used Grandma Harris' famous recipe with homemade graham cracker crust (extra thick because I love it so much). S stood on a stool and helped through the entire process. We made the yummy, thick crust, boiled and peeled the peaches, added a dash of sugar to everything, and within about an hour we had the process complete. Since I had everything out, I decided to make another graham cracker crust chocolate pie for Jim because that's his favorite. Can't wait to dive into it all tonight, with a big scoop of cool whip on top!!!
