All my girl wants to do is "color". She wakes up in the morning and says "color" and "picture". She has been sneaking into the office drawer and taking out all the markers (including permanent), pens, and pencils...so today we decided it was time to go to Target and get her some of her own washable markers. She sits and scribbles, and I help her drawn silly pictures of mommy, daddy and herself. Several times throughout the day, she'll bring me a piece of paper and a pen and say "color". We also bought a potty chair while at Target, because she has been telling us "poo poo" during or right after she goes. 16/17 months is pretty early for potty training, so we put the little potty chair in the bathroom, and of course her interest was sparked. We took her diaper off, and she thought it was the funniest thing to sit on the potty and say "pee pee". She kept giggling, and got up and down from the potty over and over :) What excitement! haha We highly doubt she'll be potty trained any time soon, but at least she's intrested!
